You will also be expected to ensure accurate and timely documentation, facilitate patient transitions through the care continuum, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide a supportive environment focused on patient satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, organize data, and document patient care accurately and promptly.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, emphasizing holistic, family-centered approaches.
- Coordinate patient hand-offs and assist with transitions through the care continuum.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- RN license in Montana and current BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; experience in Medical-Surgical or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with an empathetic and customer-focused approach.
