Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of MRI technologists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform high-quality scans.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement protocols for diagnostic imaging services.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and updated to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Utah.
- MR registered technologist with ARRT.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Intermountain IV certified.
- At least three years of experience in MRI, preferably in a leadership role.
