Job Overview:
This position is responsible for performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and using various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. You will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication throughout the patient's journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Competent Services: Developing treatment plans that address patients' specific needs, including exercise regimens, adaptive equipment recommendations, and pain management strategies. Performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
- Documentation and Monitoring: Tracking patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and providing regular updates to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment, adhering to health department codes and facility standards.
- Research and Development: Participating in research initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and technologies.
Salary Range:
