Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
- Develop treatment plans describing a strategy, its purposes, and anticipated outcomes.
- Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
- Provide information regarding adaptive equipment and support programs.
- Determine patients' ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting).
