Responsibilities :
- Leads a team in providing strategic value to assigned customers, managing supplier relationships (SRM) and coordinating decision-making processes.
- Works with internal stakeholders to establish strategic customer goals to deliver savings and efficiencies.
- Manages key stakeholder relationship management (CRM), coordinating complex projects in the supply chain.
- Oversees sourcing / contracting / procure-to-pay processes, customer and supplier relationship management, change management, and project management.
- Engages business stakeholders in category reviews and planning sessions.
- Identifies strategies to reduce costs, increase value, and mitigate risk.
- Develops language in agreements to monitor and track KPIs.
- Provides updates on category performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Facilitates VAT or other meetings and presents necessary information.
- Drives Group Purchasing Organization engagement and initiatives.
- Supports Business Stakeholder in Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Creates a pipeline of opportunities considering total cost of ownership.
- Provides data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensures desired KPIs are in contracts and proactively manages contract portfolios.
- Prioritizes category portfolio and publishes necessary categories to the sourcing calendar.

The hourly range for this position is $57.75 - $89.14, depending upon experience.
