At Intermountain Health, we're seeking a skilled Medical Massage Therapist to join our team at Park City Hospital's LiVe Well Center. This role plays a vital part in supporting patients with clinical needs for medical massage therapy.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the entire LM & WC team within an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, providing massage therapy to patients as required by the plan of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services to patients, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and regulations affecting the provision of massage therapy.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in program development to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current license as a Massage Therapist in the State of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly preferred experience: LMT and minimum 3 years cranial sacral education and experience.
- National massage therapy certification.
- Massage therapy experience.
- Hospital and/or physical therapy experience.
