What is this role?
As an Electrical Engineering Coop for Cirkul, this candidate will shadow current controls engineers and industrial electricians through daily tasks and manufacturing processes and have the opportunity to individually contribute on large scale projects. Along with supporting the electrical controls department which may include updating electrical schematics, field wiring, program adjustments, SOP creation and documentation the candidate will be able to create original processes through R&D and trialing.

- Taking Ownership: Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
- Making Decisions: Provide ideas to grow and improve the business based on research and analysis.
- Cultivating Relationships: Get familiar and have active involvement with the department's leadership, team, and services.
- Instilling Trust: Hitting deadlines and managing progress of your project to ensure an on time delivery.
- Customer Focus: Show strong desire to learn and grow. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service, operations, business and manufacturing processes.
What background should you have?
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and in your 3rd or 4th year of college
- Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, marketing, human resources, engineering based roles
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Time management and critical thinking skills
