Job Summary:Assists the onsite Accounting Department with daily auditing for sales and cash transactions.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: June 5, 2025 to September 15, 2025Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate, daily counts of the drop safe and house bank.
- Prepare daily cash and check deposits. Verify their accuracy.
- Answer the phone, process petty cash reimbursements, and cash employee paychecks.
- Walk the property collect and count vending/parking sales from various locations.
- Audit cashier banks.
- Ensure that all departments follow accounting policy and procedures.
- Responsible for confidentiality and adherence to all accounting security and procedural policies.
- Respond to fire alarms, knowing correct procedures for emergency situations at location.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental and safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous clerical experience, including typing, accurate data entry, and filing.
- Previous cash handling experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to learn quickly the technical aspects of the accounting office.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on duty and in dealing with both employees and guests.
- Willing to “pitch-in” and help the team with tasks.
- Must be a positive team player with flexible schedules who like to have fun and have the passion to work.
Physical Requirements include:
Constantly sitting, handling, lifting/carrying up to 10 punds, and pushing/pulling up to 12 pounds.
Frequently walking, reaching outward, lifting/carrying 11-50 pounds, and pushing/pulling 13-40 pounds.
Occasionally standing, reaching above shoulder, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, bending, lifting/carrying 51-100 pounds, and pushing/pulling 41-100.
