We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong understanding of DevOps concepts, expertise in using Terraform, and a solid grasp of security principles. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure and efficient release processes, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, following industry best practices and security standards.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and templates to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.• Work closely with development teams to optimize application deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient release processes.• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain appropriate security controls, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.• Participate in capacity planning, scalability assessments, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.• Proactively identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the cloud infrastructure.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services and offerings.• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK (typescript) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.• Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.• Solid understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, network security, and data protection.• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to develop and maintain infrastructure automation workflows.• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.• Availability outside of working hours in case of emergencies and upgrades, with the ability to be reached by cell phone at all times.• Strong collaboration skills required.
