Busy PCP office with three providers is looking for a hardworking, self-starter front office who can do checkin, check out and scheduling. Ideal candidate needs to be familiar with eClinicalworks EMR and have experience in a medical office. You must be able to communicate clearly and type 45 wpm. Understand Insurance and able to verify benefits. You must be punctual and a team player.
This is a full time position.
This position will be part of a front office/call center team responsible for assisting during high volumes as need dictates. Responsibilities will include answering the phone, assisting with new patient intake procedures, and scanning of documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA standards
