This Customer Care Specialist will support our Biospringer team. Biospringer is a leader in the food and biotech industries, offering a range of yeast extracts and fermentation-based products designed to improve the taste, organoleptic properties, and healthiness of food. What you bring to the table 

As our Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service to our customers across North America. Leveraging your expertise, you'll manage the full order lifecycle - from entering and modifying purchase orders to coordinating seamless shipments that meet delivery requirements. Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and our global customer base, you'll ensure accurate pricing, efficient account set-ups, and timely information sharing to provide a superior customer experience. What you’ll do as a Customer Care Specialist

•  Manage an assigned group of customers, handling the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing
•  Verify stock availability, coordinate sample shipments, and issue invoices in a timely manner
•  Possess knowledge of import/export shipment requirements and standard documentation
•  Assist sales managers, brokers, and distributors with samples, technical documents, and pricing proposals
•  Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
•  Participate in sales forecasting, inventory planning, and generating customer data reports
•  Communicate directly with management to coordinate pricing and enforce commercial policies
•  Be available during off-hours in exceptional circumstances to support emergency customer needs

Required qualifications:  

•  Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in international trade, logistics, or business administration
•  Experience working within SAP is required
•  Experience with export logistics is required
•  Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft operating software programs (such as Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, Share Point, and Power Point) is required
•  Ability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred qualifications: 

•  Experience in the food industry is a plus
•  Ability to speak and/or read Spanish is a plus
