Responsibilities:
Internal Security Associates, LLC (ISA) is a highly professional private security firm seeking highly qualified personnel to work as armed and unarmed security officers in Massachusetts.
ISA provides continuous armed and unarmed security at state government buildings, schools, colleges, foreign consulates as well as for many private sector clients. We are a 24/7 company, so team members need to be able to work the shifts and locations as needed by our clients. In addition to the requirements for relevant military and/or security experience, this position requires a background screen and a positive employment history. Qualified candidates will undergo extensive interviews as well as comprehensive background/criminal history investigations and drug testing. Candidates with a military background must provide a copy of their latest DD214. Selected candidates should expect to be held to standards similar to that found in military and police organizations.

Internal Security Associates, LLC (ISA) has a challenging position in our Armed Guard Division. We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in the security and/or law enforcement field.
The Account Manager role will accomplish department objectives by performing the following:
- Managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities
- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, and training employees
- Developing personal growth opportunities and accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results through coaching and counseling employees.
Requirements:
- Significant Military and/or Law Enforcement experience
- Active Class-A Massachusetts LTC
- Completed Massachusetts Reserve Intermittent Academy or Mass Criminal Justice Training Council and additional relevant Law Enforcement Experience
- The ability to demonstrate proficiency in handgun use through qualifications, courses, training, certifications, employment as an armed officer, or other means equivalent to Military or Police training.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign officers, build jobs in company software
- Schedule Inspectors
- Schedule emergency requests
- Assess and report client and/or officer issues
- Collaborates with inspectors and officers in the field by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Reinforce positive morale and uphold company values
- Analyze and resolve quality and customer services issues and recommend system improvements
- Ability to mentor, train, and lead
- Training officers
- On-board new officers, i.e. initial training
- Continued training
- Be available Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
