Summary
IAS Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to accelerate sales growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will manage key accounts, oversee product development collaborations, and drive revenue through strategic upselling and new business acquisition. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be key to maximizing client success and business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by proactively identifying and contacting prospects, presenting product, and developing strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts
- Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, generate sales reports/dashboards, and identify market trends and areas for improvement
- Partner with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with clients and our factory in Asia on product recommendations, item development, pricing, and delivery
Key Metrics and Goals to Get Started:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas, with potential targets of $250k per quarter or $1M annually to start
- Maintain a 95% customer retention rate.
- Manage 20-30 quality leads per week and maintain 15-20 customer touchpoints
- Provide timely quote turnarounds within the day
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in physical products, preferably in fashion, accessories, or hardware
- Proven track record in closing deals, client retention, and revenue growth
- Strong sales and relationship management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry data
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and generate new business opportunities
- Skilled in managing multiple accounts and driving projects
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and client collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
