Day-to-day responsibilities:
- This position focuses on handling one-on-one sales interactions with customers in stores daily
- Apply your people and communication skills to strike up conversations in order to educate customers on new products and benefits to increase sales
- Use the latest software technology to manage relationships and interactions with current and potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries to address all customer concerns
- Act as the brand liaison between our clients and firm
- Be responsible for daily data analytics of sales and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 2 or 4 year degree is preferred (All Majors Accepted)
- Must have interest in getting into the sales industry
- Knack for interacting and building relationships with people in-person
- Desire to be the best version of yourself and contribute at a high caliber to a committed team
- Take ownership of every aspect of setting and achieving goals by demonstrating strong work ethic
- Hold high levels of integrity in order to assure everyone on the team has a true sense of trust
- Focused on growth for clients, customers, and the team
