**Senior Leadership for ICC Training
Positions and Responsibilities**
This position provides strategic leadership for all International Code Council (ICC) Training endeavors. The ideal candidate will be located near Country Club Hills, IL, but remote employees will also be considered.
The selected individual will require regular travel to the Country Club Hills office to collaborate with key stakeholders and facilitate effective training strategies. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing training priorities in collaboration with the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Professional Development.
• Implementing training strategies that align with the organization's mission and financial objectives.
• Recruiting, developing, and managing the necessary training leadership roles.
• Coordinating training priorities, budget, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Collaborating with the Credentialing Department to pursue aligned objectives.
• Representing the training department to the Board, Senior Management Team, Education Committee, and other relevant stakeholders.

**Key Skills and Experience:**
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership positions, preferably within the education or industry sectors. Strong knowledge of Code Official responsibilities and experience with modern technologies are significant assets.

• Minimum 5 years of educational leadership experience required.
• Proven excellence in problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Effective use of modern technologies (email, MS tools, web tools, etc.).
• Ability to work professionally with staff, Board, and diverse stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
