The Director of College Admissions will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives that align with ICHS's commitment to expanding access to healthcare education. Under the direction of management, develops, supervises and evaluates the College strategic recruitment plan, including working with Enrollment Services to ensure a personalized and seamless approach to recruitment, admission and enrollment of new students. Works closely with leadership to integrate efforts ensuring an effective, inclusive College-wide approach to recruiting students. Manages the day-to-day operations of Student recruitment. This role is pivotal in creating pathways for students to enter dynamic healthcare professions by leveraging our unique learning methodologies. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified students in alignment with ICHS enrollment goals
- Leads teams in facilitating on-campus and off-campus recruiting events
- Set and achieve enrollment targets in collaboration with senior management
- Lead and manage the admissions team, providing training and professional development
- Design marketing materials and informational resources about the institution
- Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment
- Evaluate potential students and make critical admission decisions
- Implement and monitor admissions policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment strategies
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective and newly enrolled students
- Coordinate admissions events and campus tours
- Collaborate with various departments like marketing, financial aid, and academic units
- Represent the institution at conferences, high schools, and community events
- 5 years of experience in admissions or enrollment management
- Proven track record of successful student recruitment
- Experience in team leadership and management
- Three to five years of experience in admissions or relate recruitment role is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
