Job Summary
This position plans, organizes, administers and monitors the PACE Patient Services team to ensure effective and efficient operations of Reception, Call Center, Referrals, and Medical Records functions; supervises assigned staff; and ensures all services complies with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards and ICHS PACE policies and procedures.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years college preferred.
Experience - Three years of experience in health care, Leadership or Supervisor Experience preferred.
