Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee human resources functions related to hiring, training, and managing construction staff.
- Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking of projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Implement effective team management strategies to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as calendar management, event planning, and office management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with human resources practices within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for file management and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in medical office management or similar administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
