Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes; responding to inquires regarding invoices, service calls, payments and billing clarifications.
  • Establish rapport with customers and follow up when necessary and/or advised.
  • Data Entry/Editing customer information to maintain up-to-date detailed records for company files.
  • Working with sales department creating oriented quotes for current and future customers.
  • Creating and editing invoices within the company accounting program to reflect accurate billing information, pricing and reporting issues and irregularities to the finance department.
  • Checking emails ( receiving and sending)
  • Organization of the file room to maintain and accurate and efficient filing system.
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by manager and/or management.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient on QuickBooks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • .Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
