Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes; responding to inquires regarding invoices, service calls, payments and billing clarifications.
- Establish rapport with customers and follow up when necessary and/or advised.
- Data Entry/Editing customer information to maintain up-to-date detailed records for company files.
- Working with sales department creating oriented quotes for current and future customers.
- Creating and editing invoices within the company accounting program to reflect accurate billing information, pricing and reporting issues and irregularities to the finance department.
- Checking emails ( receiving and sending)
- Organization of the file room to maintain and accurate and efficient filing system.
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by manager and/or management.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficient on QuickBooks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- .Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
