- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage calendar scheduling, including appointments and meetings.
- Supervise office clerks and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, workshops, and other gatherings.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management within an IT company or tech environment.
- Familiarity with IT systems, tools, and terminology (e.g., Hyper-V, HTTPS certificates, basic networking).
- Strong understanding of IT service workflows and the ability to support technical operations.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools and office software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
