Starting Wage : $5,693.60 - $6,832 bi-weekly.
Internal Hires : Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule terms.

About the Position :
As a Pharmacy Director, you're the cornerstone of BRH's hospital's pharmaceutical services, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient medication management across all departments. Your role includes :
- Leadership & Management : Overseeing pharmacy staff, fostering professional growth, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Regulatory Compliance : Staying ahead of ever-changing regulations and ensuring the pharmacy meets all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- 340B Program Oversight : Managing the hospital’s 340B Drug Pricing Program to optimize savings and compliance while expanding access to affordable medications for eligible patients.
- Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing pharmacy programs and policies that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
- Quality & Safety : Promoting the highest standards in medication safety, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining a strong culture of quality improvement.
