The Opportunity : The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for selling Purchasing Power’s voluntary benefits program. With a specific emphasis on our target broker-consultant customer base, you will discover, engage, and cultivate new relationships with broker-consultants. You will be responsible for sales activities within the designated Central / Mid-West region of the U.S., encompassing IL, IN, IA, OH, MI, WI, and MN.
What You Will Do :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Drive motivation and provide training to brokers regarding the Purchasing Power program, aiming to instill excitement and enthusiasm for our offerings.
- Foster new relationships with broker-consultants and engage these connections by attracting new employer clients through broker channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Brokers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Transition activated broker relationships to the Purchasing Power Broker Account Manager once sale has been completed.
- Pursue new business opportunities with direct employer clients if the opportunity arises.
