(Chicago-Hybrid) The purpose of the Outreach Coordinator is to work directly with the Outreach Manager and the Outreach Department on initiatives in the United States, Canada, and Hispanic church community. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day operations of the outreach programs, while ensuring smooth execution of initiatives, and providing essential administrative support to the Outreach team. This position is based in our headquarters located in downtown Chicago.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, specifically Marketing, Communications, or Christian Ministry. A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with outreach groups especially within the evangelical Christian market is required. Individuals with bilingual experience, specifically in Spanish is preferred.

} Day-to-Day Team Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support for all Outreach programs and initiatives and leaders on the Outreach team.
- Provide a variety of logistical, calendar, and administrative support to the Outreach team.
- Work with the Manager of Outreach in drafting and sending communication to individuals and organizations, including weekly communication, newsletters, event invitations, and follow-up to participants.
- Responsible for managing multi-language communication with translator services.
