Payroll Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations for a global leader in health and security services. With a hybrid work schedule (mandatory 3 days in the office), you’ll have the flexibility to thrive while being an essential part of our dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Own the Payroll Process: Handle payroll transactions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with HR, IT, and site liaisons to resolve timesheet issues and ensure compliance.
- Analyze & Audit: Reconcile payroll deposits, tax withholdings, and deductions while auditing records to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize Systems: Support payroll processing improvements and special projects.
- Experience: 1-2 years in payroll processing, with ADP experience preferred.
- This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong data analysis, and top-notch customer relations. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is a plus!
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
