The International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago is a Pan-Latino, nonprofit multidisciplinary arts and cultural organization dedicated to developing, promoting, and increasing awareness of Latino cultures among Latinos and other communities.

The ILCC is the only Pan-Latino, multidisciplinary arts organization in Chicago and is one of the oldest and most active Latino arts presenters in the City. The Center provides free and ticketed, year-round programming in film, music, dance, theater, culinary arts and more. The Center celebrated the 40th edition of the Chicago Latino Film Festival in 2024. The CLFF is the oldest, largest (and best) Latino film festival in the country and is a signature component of programming for the ILCC.

The ILCC began a concerted expansion and diversification of year-round programming in 2022 that now includes substantial music and dance programming in addition to film. The ILCC is currently in the pre-development phase for the building of a state-of-the-art facility to house the Center and its multidisciplinary Latino arts.

Chicago is home to one of the largest Latino communities in the U.S., accounting for approximately a third of the population, and is the only segment of the population in growth.
