Job Summary
\This is an exciting opportunity to join the International Leadership of Texas team as a Bilingual Instructional Aide. The successful candidate will provide instructional assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher.
\Main Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing, conducting, and managing classroom activities \
- Help maintain neat and orderly classroom \
- Participate in staff development training programs to improve job performance \
- Provide orientation and assistance to substitute teachers \
- Supervise students throughout the school day \
- Make teacher aware of special needs or problems of individual students \
- Perform various administrative tasks \
- Maintain inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment \
- Help with administration and scoring of objective testing instruments or work assignments \
- Assist teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays \
- Participate in faculty meetings and special events \\-
- 48 earned college credits, associates degree, bachelors and/or masters degree at a U.S Department of Education recognized accredited institution of higher learning (Preferred) \
- High School Diploma if formal academic assessment is passed as required by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) \
- Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics \
- Experience working with children \\-

Working Conditions
\The position requires moderate standing, occasional kneeling, squatting, bending, and stooping. Regular light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds) is also required.
\Work is performed inside and outside the classroom, exposing you to sun, heat, cold, and inclement weather, as well as noise.
