Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Principal must have a Master's degree in Educational Administration, a Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate, and Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD). Additionally, the candidate must have two years of experience as a classroom teacher and two years of experience in instructional leadership roles.
