Position Overview
International is currently seeking an Sr. UX Designer to take our business to the next level.
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for commercial vehicle service applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that meet the unique needs of our users in the commercial vehicle service sector.
This hybrid position will support our Digital Solutions department within Service Solutions and be based out of our World Headquarters in Lisle, Illinois, a suburb outside of Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Support UX Research initiatives as required.
- Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development.
- Validate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods.
- Track UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- Master’s degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 8 years of digital product design experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - UX experience working with an agile product team
