The Job You Will Perform:
- Perform Information Security Risk Assessments of Company projects, Vendors/Suppliers, compliance initiatives and new technologies.
- Provide Information Security consulting services on Company projects and initiatives, and attend regular technical project and implementation meetings.
- Partner, coach and functionally lead Enterprise Architecture, manufacturing, IT, development and business teams as required.
- Develop and socialize Security Architecture Roadmaps control requirements and functional requirements.
- Formally develop security standards, policies, procedures and processes.
- Research, validate and deploy solutions meeting security and business needs.
- Constantly research capabilities of current and new disruptive solutions on the market and make recommendations to security leadership.
- You will develop and lead initiatives in the areas of:
- Various regulatory requirements and laws, including but not limited to: Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISA 62443, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Develop security architectures and solutions in cloud computing technologies, Secure Access Service Edge and Zero Trust Networking
- Lead efforts to establish Cyber Security standards and Operational Technology, SCADA and other control system environments found in manufacturing companies.
- Lay the groundwork for utilizing advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence systems in the security operations space and establish standards and practices for their safe and secure use across the enterprise
The Skills You Will Bring:
- At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in cybersecurity, including compliance and risk management with a background in system and network security engineering.
- A proven deep background (preferred 5 years of general IT experience in addition to cybersecurity) in information technology design, implementation and delivery.
- You will require understanding of current legal, regulatory and industry standards around Cyber Security, Privacy and Data Protection, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and others.
- A track record of effective communications skills, managing through influence, and being curious and adaptable
- CISSP, CISA and/or CISM certification highly preferred.
