What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communication Center Receptionist position at International Protective Services, Inc.?
Full Time & Part time, up to 40 hours, Immediate openings, must have all shift availability weekends at a Security Command Center Operator
Our office is seeking person(s) who is/are professional, dedicated, detail orientated and team players. Who have the ability to self-motivate to accomplish daily assignments accurately and on-time.
As a dispatcher/receptionist you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Clocking in and out employees
Answering phones in a professional manner as well as transfer calls to appropriate parties
Entering information into a computer as well as manual writing of information
Maintaining and filling a daily blotter accurately and relaying information in a timely manner to all relevant parties
And other minor office tasks such as filing, faxing, copying etc.
MUST be able to work overnights, weekends and holidays. No hourly restrictions
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excel, word etc.
English language proficient spoken and written
Clean Criminal Record
Basic data entry
Previous customer service experience in an office setting preferred but not required. 90 Day review with increase.

Pay: $17.00 - per hour starting wage., with a 90 day review.
