Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Operations Director with expertise in cross-border e-commerce to expand SOLO ACTIVE’s presence in the North American market. This role requires strong leadership in digital marketing, operations, and sales management, with a proven ability to scale and optimize multi-channel e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing & operations strategies across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, independent websites, TikTok, and B2B distribution
- Drive data-driven growth, analyzing market trends and competitors to optimize advertising strategies, inventory management, and conversion rates
- Establish sustainable growth models, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of execution and excellence to achieve ambitious revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce, particularly in the fashion industry
- Deep understanding of the North American market and consumer behavior
- Expertise in Amazon, independent websites, TikTok, and social media marketing strategies
- Track record of managing a business with over $15M in annual sales revenue, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in user growth strategies, advertising optimization, and inventory management
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and execution skills
