Revenue Operation Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Events Supply Lead to oversee a centralized event supply strategy aimed at driving business growth. This role involves shaping supply levers and approaches at both global and local levels to expand communities and maximize engagement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply strategy to optimize event-related growth opportunities.
• Design go-to-market plans for new and existing supply initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Launch pilots, identify efficiencies, and uncover new areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align on event supply goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the supply organization and the events team, providing insights and gathering feedback to refine event strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on key business metrics to measure the impact of event supply programs.
• Conduct seasonality and event impact studies to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Influence and shape the overall events strategy by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong background in business analytics, revenue operations, and strategic planning.
• Experience in market analysis, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret complex data to refine strategies and optimize event supply programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience with developing business trends insights to influence event-related growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting metrics.

Compensation range for position is $ 175,000 – 225,000 DOE.
