Job Summary
As a Program Coordinator at ISTS, you will play a crucial role in managing scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for an assigned portfolio of clients. You will develop strong client relationships, execute administrative tasks, and create efficiencies to enhance the overall client experience. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining online applications, managing program-related communications, and ensuring the successful implementation of educational assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management: Use organizational skills to plan, track, and prioritize tasks while adhering to internal and external timelines. Demonstrate clear judgment and independent decision-making abilities when completing tasks.
- Planning and Educational Assistance Program Implementation: Collaborate with peers and clients to implement new and ongoing educational assistance programs, including scholarships, tuition assistance, and loan repayment programs. Manage implementation project plans and enhance client services throughout the program cycle.
- Client Experience: Understand and analyze assigned clients' goals to optimize program success. Maintain client satisfaction by addressing program-related issues and utilizing data to evaluate programs in alignment with client and organizational goals.

What You Should Know
- This non-exempt position operates from your professional home office with infrequent travel (typically 1-2 short trips/year).
- You will be provided with the necessary equipment to perform this role but are expected to provide a safe and professional work environment.

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience: Three (3) years of experience working in a higher education-related industry and/or three (3) years of experience working in a client services environment.
What You Will Need (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Strong digital literacy, including software (Word, Excel, Teams, and other software), email communication tools, and web-based applications. Strong Excel skills and basic HTML knowledge are particularly helpful.
