Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations strongly preferred.
- 5 – 10 years of Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- 4 years of supervisory preferred.
- Proficient in Lean Methodologies.
- Hands on IQMS ERP system experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, raw material availability, and production capacity
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Allocate and optimize resources like labor, materials, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Understanding of IQMS ERP System.
- Collaborate cross functionally which includes the supply chain, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
- Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
