Job Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
- Supervise continuous belt furnace maintenance
- Manage established maintenance programs
- Maintain product and equipment effectiveness
- Manage predictive preventative maintenance and safety
- Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
