Pay Base $185,000 - 200,000 including 30% profit-sharing target which can flex based on financial performance.
Reports to President.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong blend of both technical, operational and commercial expertise within our industry (metal foundries) or relevant end markets (e.g., Thermal Spray, Brazing, Additive Manufacturing).
100% onsite but flexible on appointments/family issues/etc
We are OK if this is the next step in someone’s career – out of Sales or Ops.

Travel is up to 30% of the time but varies based on location.
