We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Medical Records Supervisor to oversee the management and processing of medical records in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of medical records staff ensuring that all records are accurately maintained securely stored and efficiently processed. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency in data entry and knowledge of medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :
Supervise and lead a team of medical records / data entry staff Administrative Assistants and Medical Administrative support personnel.
- Act as the team lead for all medical records projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide training to staff on specific procedures databases spreadsheets and systems to ensure consistent and accurate data management.
Records Management :
Manage the creation transfer filing and processing of electronic and paper medical records.
Quality Control and Workflow Monitoring :
Monitor work production workflow and quality issues related to medical records and data management.
Data Entry and Systems Management :
Maintain a working knowledge of data entry systems ensuring fast and accurate data input.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED required.
Skills and Knowledge :
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Min : $50000 Max : $70000
This position is in the proposal stage we are waiting to be awarded the project.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
