About the role
International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a high energy Recruiter located at our corporate offices in Houston, TX to help close deals! The Recruiter drives the full-cycle talent acquisition process from need identification and assessment to position closure for assigned workgroups. This includes managing, prioritizing, and closing searches : engages in strategic meeting swith hiring managers; develops position duties, responsibilities, specifications, and requisite skills;sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and guides the selection of qualified candidates for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions; and negotiates employment offers.
This position is a hybrid role working onsite and remote.
Key responsibilities
- Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers (e.g., timely response, expediting processes and procedures, frequent "high touch" communications, etc.).
- Provide full life cycle recruitment support for a variety of positions ranging from entry-level to high level healthcare experts.
- 5-7 years of experience providing recruiting support for both CONUS and OCONUS positions or corporate recruiting related experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on government contractor technical or specialized roles.
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
- Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
- Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
- Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Evaluate recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement.
