Our Government Services Business Line provides comprehensive medical and security support to U.S. government programs, including the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP).
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our San Antonio team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
What you'll do :
- Be the go-to HR advisor for employees and leadership, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Provide full-cycle HR support, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training.
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement, improve retention, and build strong working relationships.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific HR regulations.
- Work with payroll and finance teams to resolve timekeeping and payroll-related matters.
- Analyze HR data and provide workforce insights to help drive strategic decisions.
