What You'll Do :
Lead & Mentor - Manage a high-volume AR team, driving performance, accuracy, and compliance. Optimize & Automate - Implement lean principles and ERP-driven efficiencies to streamline processes. Own Key Financials - Oversee AR aging, credit approvals, collections, and month-end close. Analyze & Manage Deductions - Ensure accurate tracking, validation, and reconciliation of deductions while developing strategies to reduce outstanding balances. What You Bring :
