Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in their Philadelphia office.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Pennsylvania.
- 3-4 years of substantive experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), employee benefits, and executive compensation law .
- Proficiency in working with ERISA , the Internal Revenue Code , and other applicable employee benefits laws .
- Experience advising on matters related to executive compensation , qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits .
- Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills.
