Job Description :
- Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
- Provide courtroom representation, managing trials and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy
