Requirements :
- Ideal candidate will come with at least 3-5 years within a corrugated container facility.
- Candidate will need at minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience within the manufacturing sector, with highest preference within the corrugate sector.
What you'll be doing :
The Maintenance Manager is the direct point of contact for providing expertise and hands on leadership to the maintenance staff while ensuring the care-taking, repair, and / or replacement of company assets. This role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and supporting operations while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to first in class efficiency, the highest of quality production on behalf of our customer needs.
