Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania.
- 3-6 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and / or merger clearance .
- Experience handling government investigations , including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations , and / or private antitrust litigation .
- Strong background in compliance and counseling related to antitrust matters.
- Prior large law firm or government agency experience preferred .
