CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location : Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina
Our client, a prestigious law firm in the Southeast, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Transactions Associate Attorney to join their growing Corporate Practice Group in Charlotte or Raleigh . This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic attorney to work on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters for a diverse range of clients.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar .
- 4-7 years of substantive experience in corporate transactions , including M&A , corporate governance , and general commercial transactions .
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on deal structures, including those in the manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, and healthcare industries .
- Exceptional research, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
