Location : Orange County, California
Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms® , is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join their Orange County office in Newport Beach . This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle all aspects of individual, class, and collective wage-and-hour actions with no portable book of business required . The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to take on significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm's long-term succession plan.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active California Bar Admission , in good standing.
- 9 years of significant experience handling all aspects of wage & hour litigation , including individual , class , and collective actions.
- Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
