This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a well-established company while developing strong client relationships in the title insurance industry.
Candidate Profile :
- High school diploma or equivalent required .
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title / Real estate industry .
- Valid driver's license required for travel within assigned territory.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets .
- Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce ) and leveraging social media for business development .
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities .
- Well-versed in networking .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
