We have a great opportunity for a Product Owner, Enterprise Asset and Content Management to join our team.
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to oversee and innovate our digital asset management and content management programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of these critical business systems.
This role sits within the Communications and Brand team, connecting various functions across the organization to identify business needs and translate those needs to technical requirements and capabilities. The ideal candidate will enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise, with respect to people, processes and technology.
This is a hybrid position based in Lisle, Illinois, near Chicago.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements to understand and define how digital assets are organized, managed and utilized across the enterprise.
Shape the product roadmap, manage and prioritize product testing, issue tracking and backlog management.
In partnership with the technical architect, business analyst and vendor partners, guide development and implementation of systems and software which meets business needs while capitalizing on functionality of the platform throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Coordinate, communicate and prioritize business benefit, goals, requirements and demands in the working process to lead platform development.
Track progress on delivery of specific features to the end user and address any business issues that arise during the development process.
Keep up-to-date with new versions and features of technology to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency for the enterprise.
Create and update educational and training materials about the system user interface.
Opportunity to expand to content management solutions for specific use cases and the enterprise.
Forecast and communicate project budget.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of technical project / program management and / or product owner experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of technical project / program management and / or product owner experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
At least 8 years of technical project / program management and / or product owner experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
Digital Asset Management and Content Management experience.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including setup, taxonomy, configurations and functionality.
Knowledge of Sitecore and other content management platforms.Previous experience in creative and / or editorial production environment.
A strategic thinker mindset with ability to assess situations and counsel on best approaches to garner positive outcomes with measurable results.
An agile mindset and agile practices knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple activities and respond to changing priorities with good judgment.
Exemplary time management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills to address business and technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills for providing training, support, and consultation.
