International's IC Bus Plant is adding a Quality Operations Supervisor to our manufacturing line. This quality management position will oversee 1 Group Leads and up to 20 direct hourly reports and have full responsibility for meeting clear metrics within our plant and be tasked with meeting quality and safety objectives. This permanent position will work with cross-functional teams and will be involved in Operations, Tooling, Staffing, and Forecasting.

Responsibilities
Analysis of daily defects and warranty data, providing feedback to production teams.
Prepare power point presentations daily for plant production morning meeting.
Facilitate feedback from dealers and deep dive problem solving for root cause to concerns.
Torque control, surveillance, and calibration.
Fixture surveillance program.
Tracking and reporting on plant KPIs.
Facilitate Pilot reviews and interact with dealers.Lab test for weld, epoxy, and Ruvan compliance to acceptance criteria to meet production requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of production / manufacturing experience
Master’s degree
At least 1 year of production / manufacturing experience
- At least 5 years of production / manufacturing experience

Desired Skills
Ability to understand performance, quality and cost data generated from daily manufacturing operations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse workforce and form strong relationships across all levels of the organization
