What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clubhouse Attendant position at International Village Lombard?
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to help out at our Clubhouse front desk. We are looking for someone who can work 3 shifts per week (Fridays required), 2pm-9pm. This position is part time.
Summary: The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for assisting the office team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
Primary Duties:
- Observe Clubhouse and amenities and enforce current lease agreement and welcome home packet policies and procedures. Always exhibit best customer service practices.
- Perform all daily assigned opening/closing task as outlined by the Clubhouse Manager
- Ensure all Clubhouse facilities are operational, including but not limited to pool, exercise equipment, televisions, game tables, lighting, wireless internet, and fireplaces.
- Inform the Clubhouse Manager if supplies need to be ordered.
- Log all packages that are dropped off for residents and maintain accuracy. Check for Club ID for each package picked up by residents and have resident initial that the package was received.

- Strong communication skills • High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service • Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
